70 m3 apartment with large south-facing balcony, beautiful view of the Arcs massif, in a traditional mountain village house. Located on the heights of Séez, it is 50 m from the shuttle stop to the Les Arcs Funicular and directly to the La Rosière – La Thuile resort. This pied-à-terre is less than a 10-minute walk to traditional shops and 4 km to supermarkets, cinema, swimming pool, etc. Great place for a quiet stay for families or groups of friends.

Studio Tignes le Lac, everything within walking distance

In the center of the resort, you can go skiing, a walk on the lake, have a drink or dine without touching the car. Free buses allow you to go to Val Claret (cinema) or Lavachet, see below, if you want to change your environment. A ski locker is at your disposal. 6th floor, be careful the elevator only serves the 5th, one floor on foot. Since taking the photos, the furnishings have been improved, including curtains! Charming Studio with balcony in quiet residence

Charming renovated 21 m² studio with sunny balcony located in Tignes le Lavachet (5 min walk from Tignes le Lac) in a small very quiet residence on the 2nd floor, close to shops and restaurants. In summer, the resort is very lively with the Bike Park and the Lake. In winter, the ski slope starts just behind the residence, with the lifts (Paquis and Chaudannes) a few meters away, as well as the Lavachet slope for beginners (free ski lift).

Ski-in, ski-out, cosy apartment, now renovated with south facing balcony and panoramic view. It offers everything you need for an exciting holiday (4-5 people). Very well equipped kitchen and a cozy living room. Supermarket, restaurants, bus right in front of the door (parking lot). If you would like bed linen and towels, this costs €20 per person. In summer there is also a heated swimming pool directly opposite.

Built in 1728 and totally refurbished to the highest standards in 2006, this traditional stone and wood Savoyard chalet is located in the tranquil hamlet of La Reculaz, Tignes overlooking the Lac de Chevril. It is just a couple of minutes by free shuttle bus (winter and summer) from the world famous Val D'Isere. The large terrace garden offers incredible lake views and it is the perfect retreat in Winter or Summer.

Located in the Palafour Tignes le Lac residence, it benefits from a central and unique location in the resort (shopping mall on the ground floor with shops, hairdresser, ski equipment rental, ESF, restaurants and bars). All Tignes activities are nearby (Le Lagon with pool, Wellness and gym, Tignespace sports center, snow front and ski lifts).
