The sofa can be used as a double bed, but the most pleasant stay is with 5 people + 1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary holiday home with private entrance and has recently been renovated in part of a long-gable farm, where once was the cowshed and hayloft. The living area has an entrance on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in the private garden. On the upper floor is the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

Our luxury apartment (60m2), in the converted barn of a beautiful thatched farmhouse, has a separate bedroom (double box spring) with French doors to spacious garden with seats and loungers. The apartment has its own sauna, whirlpool, shower and toilet. And a nice living room & cozy fireplace. If you would like breakfast or to use the sauna, we charge a limited fee (€12.50 p.p. for a luxury breakfast and €50 for the sauna for 2). Minimum stay 2 nights

The garden is in the middle of Breda, with walking distance to the Central Station(150 meters), the city park(100 meters), the city centre with multiple restaurants and bars(500 meter). A lovely "tiny house" in the back in our spacious garden. Walk through the little bush for a while. Enjoy the view of the polder with locks and sheep from your comfortable chair. Completely complete with nice bed, toilet and shower, small kitchen and nice seat. Completely on your own... unwind. Come and enjoy Polderview 2. We have already received a lot of guests with satisfaction in Polderview 1, now also welcome to Polderview 2!

The house is behind our own house but gives complete privacy and has a view over the small meadow with chickens. B&B Boerderij 1914 is located in Haarsteeg, near Den Bosch and Heusden. In our renovated cow farm we have realized a luxury guest house. The guesthouse consists of a private bathroom, seating area, dining area, coffee bar, separate toilet and a lovely double bed! Parking space on private property and a spacious garden (2000m2)! Note: services such as breakfast, hot tub, bikes, charging EV, etc. are available at extra cost.
