De toegang naar de bovenste woning is door middel van een aparte toegansdeur met slot. De ingang, trap en wasruimte op de 1e verdieping is gedeeld met de bovenste bewoner. Naast de slaapkamers een zitkamer, een woonkamer en een keuken. Parkeren is gratis. Supermarkt op 100 meter. Eventueel met fietsen!

In addition to a football cage, there are playgrounds and a supermarket. The house has a cozy front and back garden and has 3 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a single bed and a room with a double sofa bed. There is also an extra mattress that can be placed on the floor.
