Welcome to cozy Timmervik. Here, you live close to the forest and the sea. A perfect location for those who want to go on excursions on the west coast and also be within walking distance of the sea and nature. Beautiful bathing area with a jetty and beach. Bed linen and towels are available to borrow for a fee of SEK 100. Maximum of 4 items (please let us know if you need to borrow) 10 minutes by car to public transportation with good connections to Gothenburg and plenty of commuter parking spaces. 20 minutes by car to Kongahälla Center and Stenungsundstorg.

Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
