Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Archipelago dream on Klädesholmen. Morning sun on the terrace and evening sun with sea views on the balcony. Close to restaurants, local shop, bakery, crab fishing, soccer field, beaches, golf, tennis, kayaking, sauna etc. Here is everything you need to relax while full of activities. Fully equipped kitchen. No wifi but coverage for 4G is good. Bed for 4-5 adults. 3 beds are 90 cm wide and 2 beds are 120 cm wide. NOTE: Tenant brings own sheets, towels and cleans himself.

Our newly built guest house is just 20 metres from Kårevik harbour and a bathing area. The view of Åstol, Marstrand with Carlsten Fortress, Dyrön and the horizon is outstanding and breathtaking. Less than a minute away, you have access to your morning dip. We built our house on a cliff near the water. This is the ultimate place for all couples who want to relax and enjoy the sun, wind and water, but due to the steep cliffs it is not suitable for children.

Newly built house (2019) of 44sqm with the possibility to live five people. The house is beautiful situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is an oak tree that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also the five minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and rocks in the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
