Vacation rentals with breakfast in Tokyo Prefecture

We loved the traditional feel and very much appreciated the two home-cooked meals. We had several delightful and informative conversations with the hostess.

During Golden Week, the traffic jam was more than I expected, but my schedule changed a lot, but I still didn't have a bad face and welcomed me warmly. It was very interesting and inspiring to hear various stories in the same international marriage situation. Thank you for making my stay very comfortable.😊✨

There are 6 of us. A split floor apartment; 2 bedrms on 5th and a huge bedrm with sofa and tv upstairs. The host lives on 3rd n 4th flr. She is super friendly and available anytime of the day. Senso-ji temple and Asakusa just 15 minutes walk away. What we love is the supermarket 3 doors away and opens 24 hours. You will never go hungry with all the bentos. 😋

It was a very clean place to stay, and the theater room and sauna were great.

I had such an amazing time at Sachio-San's place. He's such a friendly and kind man, and it was great to talk to him. He also made me delicious breakfast and was driving me to the station, so kind of him! The room is very spacious, quiet and nice. It takes some time to get from the station to his place, but with a taxi or his driving services it's no problem. Thank you for the great time Sachio, I hope we see each other again someday!!

Niiyama's place is great and the people is always to happy to assist on any concern. Thumbs up to Muneho and his co driver who even if they have a hard time speaking in English they were able to communicate well. Also to Rose and Malou who are both Filipinas. They were all so kind and helpful. We would love to stay in your place in our next visit to Tokyo. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I've used AirBnB in a number of countries. My mom also hosts a few AirBnBs at her multi-family unit. I mention this information to suggest I am very familiar with AirBnBs. This apartment is great. We stayed for two weeks (taking a short trip in the middle). Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a 7-Eleven for quick and easy start to the day (or to finish the night). Close to Ueno for Shinkansen/museums/metro. Close to Nezu, too (and Nippori). Host is easy to communicate with. Place is clean. The only thing I would mention is if you are a taller person, just be aware of the ceilings/doorways. I'm a touch over 6ft. Showering will require you to watch your head. Not a negative. Just wanted to mention. Please be respectful if you stay here (and anywhere, honestly). This country deals with a lot of bad tourists. Don't be one of them.

The place is conveniently close to bus stops and within walking distance to Urayasu Station. Disneyland is one short bus ride away. The space is cute, with charming Disney-themed touches, and it smelled lovely. Surprisingly there was no bidet, but overall we had a fantastic experience.

It was a last-minute reservation, but I was relieved to hear from you right away.The information paper and check-in were smooth and easy to understand, and the kitchen and bath had everything I needed.Accommodation guests were happy with the rental of the fire pit, free firewood, and clean linens.I was also happy to be considerate of the room.Thanks for your hospitality.I'm coming back

The Location is good and near to DisneyLand/DisneySea almost around 30 mins by bus. Only a thing to popup, the unit is too small. More than 2 people can’t fit it here. Apart from that everthing is great with this.

The food and the room were very satisfactory.It was my first time using it, but it was an explanation of the access to the inn, and the communication after I arrived was very polite and pleasant. I would like to stay again if I have a chance.

Yuu-san welcomed me for the New Years holidays even though I made a reservation in the last moment. He and his family are very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed exploring the traditional New Year's meals and the musical selection every morning :) This artistic home is in a peaceful countryside area and great if you need to disconnect and find your creativity. One of the highlights of this Japan trip was our stay at this place. I was drawn to this booking not only because of the place but of the good reviews about the owners. As the place looked as beautiful as the pictures in the posting, the couple was also as described by those who have stayed there. They are the definition of Japanese hospitality & kindness. Our morning talks with them, with their great breakfast, became part of our daily itinerary. A stay here is heartwarming and this is one place that I truly want to go back to on my next Tokyo trip. Motoko was very hospitable, and used some English with us since we couldn't speak much Japanese. She also made us breakfast-to-order each day which was *amazing*. The overall environment felt warm and welcoming, and me and my two co-guests were very comfortable. You should know that this is someone's home with a shared kitchen/living room. You and your fellow guests have a more private living space which includes a washing area, bedrooms and other necessities. (and the host has her own space upstairs as well, so you still have a fair amount of privacy regardless). As long as you're ok with that, this will be a great stay!

I had a wonderful time at Julian's Pension and can highly recommend this B&B to anyone. Katrina and Julian were really friendly and it was easy to communicate with them. Thanks to the advice from Katrina, I was able to experience their local Onsen, the Fujimi Panorama Resort and learned a lot of really interesting facts about the life in Japan. The private room and shared facilities were really clean and had everything I needed. Western style Breakfast and dinner was always delicous. There are still places in Fujimi I would love to visit and if it works out, I would really love to stay at this B&B again.

Peace One is a special place and Jun is a master host! Excellent dinners, breakfast and coffee. Very relaxing environment, onset is lovely, the house is magical and unique. Hiking up the mountain is recommended, medium difficulty for beginners. This was my favourite stay in Japan so far. Thank you for everything!

Nice stay in Izu Kogen

The place as described, clean and you have for yourself 2 bedrooms next to each other. Towels and breakfast provided. The beakfast upon your request and very traditional. We stayed family of 3 and it was enough space for all. The laundry came very handy. As for location it is perfect as you can travel anywhere by car. Mt.Fuji can be seen from various locations. Definitely nice town, lakes region, and home to come back to.!
