Vacation rentals with breakfast in Japan

It was a very warm host and a great breakfast place to stay. Not only did they accommodate breakfast on the early morning departure day, but they even made me a bento box when I walked.Having been a housewife for many years, the food that people made felt the most delicious, and the taste was really good!I'd love to stay here again next time I come for sightseeing (^ o ^)

While we only stayed briefly, Ushka's stay was the highlight of all our stays during our trip. Before we had even arrived, Ushka had sent me a message letting us know that she had provided us with a pile of snacks and cup noodles if we were too tired or busy to organise getting food out. Pippin's Inn is a comforting, clean, and charming little stay that makes you feel right at home. All the amenities are at your fingertips and the neighborhood and local walk is wonderful. My partner and I were upset that we didn't have more time to spend at Pippin's Inn, and should we venture to Japan again we would love to stay for a second time. We absolutely recommend Pippin's Inn and Ushka's lovely hosting abilities. And we also recommend saying hello to Pixel while you are there.

The house was large, clean, and free of clutter. The bath area was clean as well.

They were incredibly kind, friendly, and generous, making us feel right at home. A highlight of the stay was the wonderful barbeque service they offered—it was delicious and added a warm, personal touch to the visit. A very good stay! Japanese-style house in a quiet residential area. About 10-minute walk from the subway station, and it's relatively smooth to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. The landlord speaks very good English, responds promptly, and even recommends us the red wine. The house is clean and tidy. Although it's a bit old, the facilities are very complete. The stairs are very steep, but my 50-year-old mother didn't encounter any problems. The landlord also prepared water and snacks. All in all, it was a pleasant experience! I hope to come again if I have the chance!

We have stayed in nearly 100 AirBnB lodgings over the years and Christian's rates as one of the best. It is a traditional Japanese house in a quiet, wooded area but it is just a 20 minute train ride into Kyoto. However, the best part of the stay was the host, himself, Christian. He is a friendly, helpful person. He helped carry our bags into the house and prepared a hot breakfast for us each morning. He offered to drive us to the railway station or to the shops to buy groceries but we had our own car so we were independent. A highly recommended stay.

We love the daily Okinawa breakfast. The space was extremely clean and looks exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The location is at the end of the arcade main street, so it was nice to go back and forth through the arcade from end to end. I think I walked about 10 minutes from Takamatsu Station. It was nice to have a road with restaurants called Lion Street nearby, and two rooms, a separate toilet, bathroom, and sink area could be closed with a door, so it was comfortable to wash with the group. I was concerned about the sofa moving well, but I was satisfied that it was comfortable when I sat down. Overall, I was very happy except that one of the bedrooms had to increase the heat temperature quite a bit because the air was cold. I want to use it again next time!

As always a wonderful stay. Generous and flexible throughout. I will absolutely stay again in the future! Perfect for families with a park right in front and easy walkability to supermarkets, pharmacy, massage, etc.

Kuniko's place was amazing in so many levels. She made breakfast with love every day. The apartment is spacious and clean, with nice touches like the smart toalet and the washing machine. The tatami was surprisingly comfortable we had the best sleeps while being in Japan. We really liked the neighborhood too, with it's friendly streets and the close metro stations. I would really recommend Kuniko's place, 10/10.

I've used AirBnB in a number of countries. My mom also hosts a few AirBnBs at her multi-family unit. I mention this information to suggest I am very familiar with AirBnBs. This apartment is great. We stayed for two weeks (taking a short trip in the middle). Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a 7-Eleven for quick and easy start to the day (or to finish the night). Close to Ueno for Shinkansen/museums/metro. Close to Nezu, too (and Nippori). Host is easy to communicate with. Place is clean. The only thing I would mention is if you are a taller person, just be aware of the ceilings/doorways. I'm a touch over 6ft. Showering will require you to watch your head. Not a negative. Just wanted to mention. Please be respectful if you stay here (and anywhere, honestly). This country deals with a lot of bad tourists. Don't be one of them.

As described and photos. Host was very responsive to each of our requests. It is clean and well arranged. As a bonus, the host provides you with snacks and patches, very useful after a long trip! This place is not far from the metro station and there are also many shops and restaurants nearby. I would this property.

Beautiful accommodation that met our expectations. Very surprised by the breakfast included at the hotel nearby. Best breakfast of all we had on my business trip! Well located with lots of shops nearby. Very nice corner of paradise with lots of ranches in the area! We would have stayed longer!

This place is beautiful, peaceful and close to nature. Miyuki is easy to communicate with and responsive. The place is super nice, very clean and neat. The breakfast is simple yet very very homey and delicious. We wish we stayed much longer here. Locationwise is near the Gojo city so plenty of big supermarket, restaurants, etc. Recommended to drive so can explore this area better. We live the peaceful morning walk around the house. Thank you sooo much, Miyuki! Hope will be back here again in the future.

Peace One is a special place and Jun is a master host! Excellent dinners, breakfast and coffee. Very relaxing environment, onset is lovely, the house is magical and unique. Hiking up the mountain is recommended, medium difficulty for beginners. This was my favourite stay in Japan so far. Thank you for everything!

Nice stay in Izu Kogen

This was the best stay of our trip! The home was warm and welcoming. Chris was an excellent host; attentive, full of suggestions and recommendations, and very helpful with every request we had. It felt like we had an insider connection to this city. Big thank you!

A Soul-Soothing Stay Surrounded by Nature We spent a truly enriching week at Sumiko’s house, nestled in the peaceful nature of Motobu. At night, we fell asleep to the sound of frogs and insects, and each morning I woke up to birdsong. It was the perfect escape, where time seemed to slow down and the stresses of everyday life gently faded away. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast that Sumiko prepared every morning. Made with seasonal/local ingredients and so full of care, each dish was comforting and delicious—it quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The room was spotlessly clean and cozy, and every little detail showed thoughtfulness and hospitality. I felt at home the moment I arrived. If I ever return to Okinawa, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much, Sumiko, for such a memorable and restorative stay!

A lovely fantastic house, which lands in a quiet place near Tateno. Bill and Akio are both nice and friendly. They helped me as much as they could. I do really enjoy a wonderful holiday here and look forward to come back again next year.
