Lovely 2 room house (terraced) new build r. 2020. The house has its own parking in front of the house. The house has a beautiful terrace of 10m2 with a garden of 40m2. The climate in the house will be done in the spring of 2024. The patio has a beautiful rattan garden seating. Very good access to the center of Bratislava (20 min) and fast connection to the highway to about 5 min. In the vicinity you can find several restaurants, shops, cafes, groceries, pharmacy, post office, etc. Bus stop from where the bus goes to Bratislava is 3 min. walk from the house.

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook.
