We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home is beautifully designed and decorated, making it one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in Mexico. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and the large, secured parking with an electric gate was a huge plus. We truly wished we could have stayed longer! The neighborhood was very peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. Everyone in our group agreed that the beds and pillows were great, and we especially appreciated having extra pillows and blankets available. A couple of minor things to note: the showers in two of the bedrooms had some drainage issues, and the check-in instructions could use some improvement as the English translation was not clear and the keyhole wasn’t obvious; however, Gustavo did assist us in person. Also, having regular coffee available would be a nice touch since there’s a coffee maker provided and we don’t drink instant coffee. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d highly recommend it!

Very beautiful property, comfortable and spacious. It has all the necessary amenities to spend a few days and feel at home, large and comfortable rooms, enough bathrooms to not battle, mini splits to withstand the heat; the pool area is incredible. I would definitely come back to spend a few days there

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe area, with quick access to restaurants and a mall, very close to the Glorieta Colón. A Loft equipped with kitchen, washer and dryer, a living room, dining room, balcony and the room with private bathroom, quite spacious and quite comfortable. Equipped with everything necessary for a short or long stay, depending on the needs, and as described in the photos that Alberto has posted. The building has easy access, and even has parking. It is quite safe and comfortable, I definitely recommend it for a visit to Guadalajara.

Gerardo was a great host, very communicative, helpful, and accommodating. The location was great… close to restaurants, bars, and only a short walk to the a few outdoor produce markets to experience. I would recommend and definitely stay here again.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, and the facilities are great. Two blocks from Chapultepec, there are many places to enjoy the night; which they have to take into account, since, on weekends there is usually noise from the bars around, we didn't bother us and we were able to sleep well. The apartment is really comfortable and we really enjoyed it.

loved staying here. It was perfect walking distance to midtown and they were extremely accommodating. When we arrived there was just a small fridge (we had a week stay and planned to cook) and when they asked if there was anything else I could use I joking said a bigger fridge… and they literally bought a larger brand-new fridge the next morning. Honestly didn’t expect that and it was insanely helpful for our stay. Cute place and kind humans for the win!

Excellent place to stay in Guadalajara. Inside the building it is completely safe and has a pool and fitness center. It has a prime location in the center of the city with many places to visit on foot. I would definitely stay at this place again.

I loved the place. Very clean. It has everything you need to be eaten. Carlos was always very attentive and always responded quickly. We would have stayed longer, unfortunately I was already busy.

We went with small children and we liked that you go to the area where they can play and there is also a swimming pool, outside the building there is a shopping center with restaurants and there was a fair, there is a covered parking lot, it has minisplit. It is very comfortable. The environment is familiar, there is no noise in other apartments

This place in Colonia Americana is a gem! The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just steps away. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with top-notch amenities. The highlight? The incredible view, especially at sunset from the rooftop. Perfect for relaxing and taking in the city. Would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is as it is in the publication, very clean and tidy, it complies 100% with what is required to feel at home, Gonzalo is a super host, has information about restaurants, cafes, shops, commercial squares nearby, the place is located in a very nice, quiet and safe area. We are already planning a next visit.
