Relax with the whole family at this quiet place to stay. Spacious house, with minimalist and functional decor. It has three large bedrooms and a suite with a bathroom and a dressing room. It has a terrace on the top floor for the three bedrooms and a porch with a swimming pool just in front; both overlooking the Sea and the Mountain. It also has two garages; one to store two indoor cars and an outdoor garage for several cars, which is where there is a large outdoor area to play and where there is the barbecue.

Cooling is provided in the summer through the A/C and ventilators and for the colder months the villa has central heating throughout.
