A newly-built house in the countryside, large apartment on the upper floor of 140 sqm with an open floor plan. The house is located on a farm with the forest behind the farm and a large garden with lawn. The apartment has all the amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet/shower and washing machine. 4 beds (double bed + sofa bed) If there are more of you in the group, there is room for your own mattress or crib. A few hundred meters away there is a wind shelter with a barbecue area by a pond. Wood-fired sauna next to barbecue area can be rented for an additional fee.

The accommodation offers excellent opportunities for golf, hiking in Kroppefjäll's wilderness area, swimming in lakes, fishing, biking and paddling. To rent the accommodation, you need access to a vehicle.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.
