A newly built house in the countryside, large apartment on the upper floor of 140 sqm with an open plan layout. The house is located on a property with the forest right behind and a large garden with a lawn. The apartment has all the amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet/shower, and a washing machine. 4 beds (double bed + sofa bed) If there are more of you in the group, there is room for your own mattress or a crib. A few hundred metres away, there is a wind shelter with a barbecue area by a pond. A wood-fired natural sauna can be rented for an additional SEK 500.

Good bus connections to, among other places, Gothenburg, Smögen, Lysekil, about 1 hour's travel. Lyckorna Golf Club is 4 km away. You will find a large shopping centre 15 minutes away by car. If you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest and nature, you have nice hiking trails near several lakes that start about 1 km from the accommodation.

Great hiking terrain. 13 km to 18 hole golf course. 13 kilometers to Munkedal (grocery stores and liquor stores). 22 kilometers to Uddevalla and Torp shopping center.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.
