We rent out our newly renovated apartment in the basement of our summer house. The house is centrally located with five minutes walking distance to the sea, swimming, cliffs, the beach street's summer stalls and high class restaurants In addition to seaside experiences, there are plenty of hiking trails and climbing opportunities. 15 min by car from Smögen and Kungshamn

It is also close to Fjällbacka.

A cozy, partially renovated holiday home in a rural style near bus stop and nature. You live close to the most popular climbing mountains in Bohuslän and you can make day trips to many nice swimming areas, shopping, Nordens Ark, Havets hus, kayak tours or hike. Close to Lysekil, Smögen, Grebbestad, Hunnebo. You have access to a lush garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The garden connects to a beautiful deciduous forest. The house is close to road 162 and the bus station. We live on a farm next door.

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

The apartment is rented minimum 3 nights and a discount after 7 nights, even monthly during the low season. The house is quiet and rural in nice Hunnebostrand. About 2 km to the shops, restaurants and swimming. Cleaning is not included. Sheets and towels are not included, but can be purchased.
