Travelled with my family of four and mother-in-law who was visiting from out of state. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was well designed, in a great, safe neighborhood with easy access to many San Jose areas, and very clean. The check-in and check-out times are pretty early/late compared to standard times but the hosts are very flexible and responsive when asking for adjustments. Great communication throughout our entire stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a beautiful home located right on the water. The place was clean and the outside deck was a plus! The fridge made a loud buzzing noise during our stay but otherwise everything was perfect. 10/10 -- I'd recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Ripon, CA. The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and parks. Ripon is a charming town. The host provided excellent communication, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Vidya was such an awesome host. She responded to all our questions instantly. She provided clear instructions and made sure all house rules were clear and concise. The home was huge and very spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The hot tub was such a nice place to relax. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The house is a wonderful house. All of the rooms are spacious. The kitchen and the bathrooms are nice. The pool in the backyard is well kept and clean.

Very nice location, was a wedding party visiting from Canada and the east coast. The place was within one mile of The Hayes Mansion - which is where the wedding was. Super convenient, quiet and the house itself was clean and well kept. Thanks for keeping it that way, and our party thoroughly felt comfortable and well suited. Highly recommend it for similar sized parties with kids and adults all mixed in. May be a few more entertainment options like a pool table in the garage or board games could be good additions. Jennifer could not have been friendlier or more helpful. She was immediately available when a couple of questions came up. We rented her place so that our extended family could get together for Thanksgiving. It was well appointed, very easily accommodated 8 people, was very family friendly, and the outdoor spaces were fantastic. We look forward to renting again.

This house was amazing better then expected felt right at home with my family house was exactly like described and welcoming clean kitchen well stocked as well did not need to buy pans or pots to cook the fridge and stove microve supper clean as well the pool was clean as well kiddos enjoyed it the host was amazing responded very quickly to our questions very nice respectful host totally recommend anyone that needs a place to stay this is a beautiful home safe and comfortable relaxing home this is the home

Rick and Tonya are the gold standard of Airbnb hosts! From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating without ever being overbearing—a perfect balance that made our 2.5-month stay feel like home. Traveling with two dogs can sometimes feel daunting, but Rick and Tonya were incredibly dog-friendly and went out of their way to make my pups feel just as welcome as I did. Their home had everything we needed to cook full meals, and the kitchen setup made it easy to settle in for an extended stay. Other thoughtful touches included great water pressure in the shower (a must for me!) and a full-size washer and dryer on-site. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into what guests need for a comfortable experience. By the time we left, we didn’t just feel like we had a great place to stay—we felt like we’d made new friends. If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll absolutely be staying with Rick and Tonya. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. It's nice, clean and comfortable. Especially the King master bed. Adrielle was responsive and communicated well. It's also only 3 blocks from the main strip in downtown. No surprises or misunderstood expectations here, this charming home presented just as it did in the pictures. Would surely recommend Adrielle and this home.

This guest suite was perfect, checking in and out was smooth and easy and our time there was very comfortable and private. Exceeded our expectations and made our trip to San Jose so much better!

Jason’s place was fantastic! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay two spacious bedrooms, a clean and well-stocked bathroom, plus the convenience of a washer and dryer. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and in a great location. Jason was an excellent host, responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We feel so lucky to have found this little slice of heaven. Nestled in the hills above San Jose in a lush and peaceful setting, with an incredible view of the entire city from both the apartment and the ground-level deck. And only a quick drive down the hill to reach the city. I won’t repeat all the more typical positives that have been mentioned by other reviewers: they’re all true! Helen was always available via text, but we really didn’t have any issues that needed to be addressed. We loved it here and will be returning next year when we visit our daughter again.

My stay at the cozy cottage was very pleasant. Everything was clean and ready for my arrival. I was there for over a month and had very few issues. Andy was very responsive with the few concerns I had.

Very nice to find a affordable place to stay With my schnauzer Winston. He is a low impact dog (doesn't shed, well behaved), but most charge more regardless. The local area has lots of places open late, which turned out a boon for me as I work as a stage manager and get home after 10p. Many thanks Margret and David!
