The apartment consists of a large living room with an exclusively equipped kitchen and wine refrigerator and open fireplace. 2 loggias with 7 m² and a balcony on the west side. One of the two Wittmann couches in the living room can be pulled out into a double bed. One bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine or wall radiator and the 2nd has a combined shower and toilet. In addition, there is a toilet in the apartment. Underfloor heating and air conditioning too....

The house on the lake, my personal life dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, directly on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to barbecue/fire places, sauna, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Look directly at the Koralpe from the large terrace and enjoy the fresh forest air. The wooden chalet offers everything the vacationer's heart desires. Two rooms, each with a double bed and a sofa bed, can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. After an eventful day of hiking, you can relax in the barrel sauna or the wooden bathtub.
