Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

A quelques kilomètres de Nantes et la Loire, ce lieu sera parfait pour découvrir la région (Châteaux de la Loire, Machines de Nantes, La Loire à Vélo, les randonnées, la côte Atlantique à 1 heure , les parcs à thèmes : Zoo de la Boissière du Doré, Natural Parc, Terrabotanica, Puy du Fou,.....)

This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to take your meals or relax and an outdoor space of 3800m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to the end of September). Our house is also on this property.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

This peaceful home adjoining a small pine forest,offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Our house is located in the countryside not overlooked , close to shops only 2 minutes by car. Located just 25 minutes from Nantes, 50 minutes from Angers . It is 24 minutes by car from Ancenis (SNCF STATION) 10 min drive from Nort sur Erdre. Tram train station, 5 min from Petit Mars.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
