Our lovingly and stylishly furnished apartment is quietly located in the idyllically small Stöttham /Chieming in early 2025. In just 500 meters you can walk to the wonderful Chiemsee shore. From the apartment and the sunny south terrace you have a fantastic view of the mountain range. Enjoy your time on your 20 sqm terrace overlooking the green field in the mountain range. A shaded spot can be found under the large awning and enjoy the sun in the communal garden.

The apartment with 90 m² can accommodate 4 people. The center of Waging is 5 minutes walk away and the lake is 15 minutes walk away. Fully equipped kitchen, a cozy and large living room, dining area, a smaller room, a bathroom with shower and tub as well as a guest toilet. The apartment is on the ground floor. On the terrace you can relax in a lounge set. The large garden can be used. A secure parking space for bicycles and a car parking space.

The complete fitted kitchen also invites you to enjoy your own dishes. Dishes, Nespresso machine, etc. are available.

Forest house

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). Located just a few kilometers from the beautiful Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps, the property offers the perfect combination of relaxation and activity. The space: Access is via an external staircase and leads directly to its separate entrance.

The Häusl

Cottage flair in the heart of Chiemgau. The Häusl is an equipped wooden house in the garden of a detached house in Traunstein. Sleeping up to 2 people on about 45 square meters. Traunstein is located between Salzburg and Munich and is ideally located to experience the Chiemgau Alps, Lake Chiemsee, as well as culture and cuisine. The connection by public transport is given.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A walking distance to the city center with its markets, cafes and beer gardens. In an hour you are in Munich. It takes 30 minutes to get to Salzburg. Both are easily accessible by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from our house. Chiemsee, Wagingersee - 10 minutes by car :-)
