Enjoy a relaxing getaway in the beautiful Chiemgau centrally located in Traunstein. The apartment is only 900 m from the city square and 350 m from the main train station. Lake Chiemsee is 10 km away. The region offers numerous leisure activities. In winter, ski/snowboard in the Alps and in summer, go swimming in the mountain lakes. In addition, there are numerous hiking trails in Chiemgau and BGL. The city of Traunstein has many delicious restaurants and breweries.

Rustic and charming housing with 2000m2 garden and free view of the mountains. The house (built in the 1960s, renovated in the 00s) is located between Lake Chiemsee (3.5km) and Tüttensee (1.5km). Bikes can be borrowed for free upon availability. Big, high-quality bed (180x200cm) plus light-blocking shades. Fully supplied kitchen, wifi, washing machine, dish washer, cozy patio furniture, TV including Netflix. The couch can be used as an extra sleeping space.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. With a lot of love for detail, renovated in 2024, in the heart of the Chiemgau. The apartment is located in the Vorauf vacation park (83313 Siegsdorf) and can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a nice and well-equipped kitchenette, a comfortable sitting and dining area and a large, 1.80 m wide bed, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi and a spacious balcony, with beautiful outdoor furniture. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A walking distance to the city center with its markets, cafes and beer gardens. In an hour you are in Munich. It takes 30 minutes to get to Salzburg. Both are easily accessible by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from our house. Chiemsee, Wagingersee - 10 minutes by car :-)
