The apartment was renovated in 2020 and completely refurbished in the process. It accommodates up to four people and is super centrally located. If you like action, the river promenade is about 2 minutes away. If you prefer a calm place, the flat is located on the second floor and has a peaceful roof terrace overlooking the garden. Walking to the train station (connection to Lübeck) takes 5-10 minutes. Although you can't see the water, you can see the big ferries from the bedroom window.

Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

My place is a complete apartment in the cultivation of an EFH close to the Baltic Sea beach, family-friendly activities and plenty of culture offers Lübeck to pile, bus stop 1 minute walk. On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.
