Jacques's house is a rare find. It looked good in the pictures, but the reality exceeded expectations, and it was a nice surprise. The property was built in the mid-19th century, and it still has its original charm. The mansion, located on the hill, is surrounded by green fields and forest. It is a perfect place to unwind and connect with both history and nature. The accommodation prepared for the guests is a conversion of the courtyard buildings into a modern, comfortable apartment with a spacious private yard and parking. It is both beautifully designed and very well equipped. We loved the place. Jacques and his family are lovely hosts. They welcomed us at the check-in, advised us on the places to see, activities, and restaurants. There are electric bikes available for the guests as well. Jacques is an animal lover, and our three dogs received a very warm welcome as well :) I wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we definitely will !

Perfect for a few days stay in Chaumont, the accommodation is new and completely refurbished. The equipment is functional. The added bonus is the bluetooth mirror in the bathroom... The ideal would have been to have free parking nearby but the accommodation is in the city center which excludes this possibility.
