Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Located 100 m from the sea, this cottage is the perfect place to recharge your batteries, read by the fireplace or in the garden furniture. The interior is nice and bright. A private garden, facing south, is at your disposal. Your children will have fun on the swings of the large common garden or with the animals (horses, chickens and goats). We have just completed the renovation of this farmhouse that belonged to our grandparents. It is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by fields and meadows, just 4 km from the shore. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops. Your four-legged companions are welcome, as long as they are peacefull with our own pets The cottage is adjoining our house with access and private outdoor spaces.

In the heart of the countryside while being 6 km from the coast, from the beautiful beach of amiets, our accommodation accommodates up to 10 people. You will have 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas (one of which is transformed into a sleeping area). Outside: a large courtyard, a garden and at the back of the goat house, a sheep and chickens will welcome you. Many amenities are available to you as well as parking.

The accommodation is located between Brest and Morlaix, ideal for discovering the Nord-Finistère. You can enjoy the calm of the countryside and the forest (hiking trail 50m away). Beaches are 12 kilometers away You will enjoy a large terrace equipped with a barbecue and a garden. The accommodation is equipped with bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, dish towels, sponge dish soap and garbage bag.
