The house itself is just like andvertised, the perfect getaway for people who like a little solitude. If you are fed up with the view (unlikely), there are many options for eating, beaches and wineries in the general vicinity. It's an exceptional place to relax

Amazing property and just as described, in fact better than described. The villa had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the pool which was bathed in sun every day and admired the magnificent sunsets across the mountains most evenings. The property was private enough to enjoy a thoroughly peaceful holiday but close enough for a short drive into town and to the many beautiful local beaches and restaurants. An absolutely amazingly hospitable host who ensured that we had a truly wonderful holiday. Thank you so much.

Beautiful, historic home in a peaceful area. We loved the covered terrace and enjoyed the view of the surrounding hillsides. All was as described and everything was in great working order with drinkable water from the tap!

This place was just as described and Katrina was the most friendly and generous person bringing many lovely homemade things for us. I would certainly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a taste of real Crete.
