Me and my partner loved the place, we wanted something intimate to celebrate our engagement and it was just perfect. The bonus was even the hot tub, just loved every minute of it. Can’t wait to come back again because we loved our stay so much. Definitely looking forward to come back again. Quiet location, able to go for walks and just enjoy the nature. Thank you Teresa for the little basket for breakfast and the bottle of Prosecco 🥂 it was the cherry on top. Hope to see you again soon.

This was a last minute booking for me and my dog to trial going away on our own. It was perfect and I’m so glad I chose Sarah and Alan’s shepherds hut as my first solo trip. The photos don’t do it justice. The hut is high quality and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was superb and everything from the welcome pack to the radio and kettle were good makes that made it feel like being home. The setting is very special with fantastic views; the gentle sound of trickling water in the wildlife pond and the quiet countryside make it a perfect place to relax. I honestly couldn’t fault anything and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The weather was very warm so I didn’t venture far but from what I did see the area is a great representation of the fantastic British countryside. The swallows swooped across the pond in the early evening and I even heard a Cuckoo. Hope to visit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had lovely few days at the Dubassof cabin so nice, quiet and peaceful. Great location out in the countryside and ideal for us to enjoy two days on the West Somerset railway steam gala with Bishop Lydeard station only 10 minute drive away. Plenty of information about walks and places to eat locally in the cabin, and Taunton not far away if you needed larger supermarkets etc., Would recommend and we hope to visit again!
