On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

From here you can enjoy everything that the Swabian Jura offers you. Groceries, bakeries and butchers are in the immediate vicinity, which you can reach on foot.

A lovingly redesigned oasis right on the forest. The lower floor is perfect all year round for a getaway for two. Whether it's a starting point for hiking and biking in the Swabian Alb biosphere area or just to unwind for a few days and enjoy nature. In the "tiny house mode", the whole cottage also offers space for, for example, two families spread over three bedrooms for a total of six guests. The terrace invites you to grill & chill in summer.

Experience pure nature! Here you can experience a rustic wooden hut in the middle of a natural forest property. You can end the evening comfortably by the wood-burning fireplace or on the large wooden terrace. The nearest town with restaurants and supermarkets is minutes by car. Electricity and running water are available. It is elaborately purified rainwater and not drinking water. Drinking water can be obtained from a tap about 500 m away.

Our cozy, approx. 70 square meter apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate bedroom and a spacious living room to feel good. We run a small horse farm, ideal for nature lovers and families. Surrounded by wonderful cycling and hiking trails, you can explore the beautiful surroundings of the Swabian Alps and relax. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Room on the Alb

We rent an apartment with a bathroom and toilet on the first floor of our house. The bedroom has a large double bed (2 × 2 m). There is also space for a children's travel bed. Adjacent is the bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Next door is a large living room with a sofa bed as another sleeping option, TV and a cozy dining area. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine are also available.

Dream apartment in a former farmhouse

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof" that was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly furnished in mid-2016, is about 90 square meters, fully furnished and covers two floors. It is actually quietly located in the village of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with very good connections to the B27.

Old Transformers Tower

Our tiny house is a former transformer tower, which is a 5-minute walk from the old town. Supermarket,gas station, pharmacy and parking garage are nearby. The tower has a 32 sqm terrace that floats above the Ammer. The bedroom,with private balcony and extra TV, is located under the roof. Integrated kitchen, nice bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.

After an excursion on the Swabian Alb, you can slow down and enjoy the tranquility and landscape of the Swabian Alb. Our apartment on the first floor can be used barrier-free by two adults and up to two children (up to 14 years). We provide a free extra guest bed (90 × 200) and a baby crib upon request.
