Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

In 1965, the old chicken coop was converted to a rental cabin, hence the great name😊 The cottage is an annex, but although the houses are close together, it feels both private and peaceful. There is an opportunity to swim from a private jetty, about 90 meters to the sea. Otherwise, the cabin has a small garden and a porch in the back. It takes 10-12 minutes to drive to Dyreparken, and 7 minutes to Lillesand.
