Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.

Quiet and light-flooded 2-room basement apartment in Alfter Impekoven. Alfter impresses with its quiet location between Cologne and Bonn in the beautiful foothills. You can walk to the train station in 10 minutes and from there you are within 10 minutes of downtown Bonn. 5 minutes' walk behind the house begins the beautiful Kottenforst and invites you to hikes and bike tours.

In the middle of the most beautiful street of Cologne-Ehrenfeld in a newly built townhouse, this cozy guest apartment is offered. From here you can walk to cafes, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and much more. The same applies to public transport: lines 3, 4 and 5 or Cologne-Ehrenfeld station (great connection to the city center, main station or Cologne Messe / Deutz).

30 m2 Apartment, Bath (Private) + Mini-Kitchen

The 30 m2 mini-apartment is located on the top floor of our friendly shared house. It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.

Our apartment - with its own entrance - was newly renovated in 2018 and amounts to approximately 74 square meters. In front of the apartment is a large carport with terrace (garden furniture for 6 people). The equipment includes washing machine, iron, wardrobe, kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, spices etc., TV, free wifi.
