In the heart of the Champenoise countryside, a quiet and comfortable room awaits you. It is located less than 20 minutes from the center of Troyes and its factory outlets. You will have a private bathroom. In a shared kitchen and living room, I will serve you breakfast (included in the reservation). You will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture. Bed and breakfast

I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center.. There is a bus stop, with a bus every quarter of an hour 5 minutes from my home. I live in a ground floor building with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in is between 6pm and 9pm and check out before 8:30 am. i don't give away my keys. Be respectful, you're with us, not your own.

La Ferme des Coccinelles – Bamboo Room

We offer 1 bedroom provided for a couple, with or without children, for €80 with private bathroom. For additional people, the rates are €25 after two people. Breakfast is of course included. Kitchen, pool and barbecue are available to all our guests.. City tax is not included in the price. The 50 cents per night per person are to be paid upon arrival. The Gîte de Saint-Phal is a property of more than 5500 m2 integrating 6 buildings including 3 dwellings with gardens, an orchard and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by a Solarium. It consists of two Bed and Breakfasts and a Cottage. Each unit has a parking space as well as a semi-private garden equipped with deck chairs, table, BBQ and candle lanterns.

This is a bedroom upstairs of our house, with a bed, a wardrobe and a dresser, bright and pleasant. It is perfect for a couple or a single person. Your room is located near the university center, between 10 and 20 minutes' walk from the UTT, IUT, EPF, MIFA, IUMM, Compagnons du Devoir, and the Christian High School of Troyes.
