Bed and breakfast

I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center.. There is a bus stop, with a bus every quarter of an hour 5 minutes from my home. I live in a ground floor building with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in is between 6pm and 9pm and check out before 8:30 am. i don't give away my keys. Be respectful, you're with us, not your own.

The Gîte de Saint-Phal

The Gîte de Saint-Phal is a property of more than 5500 m2 integrating 6 buildings including 3 dwellings with gardens, an orchard and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by a Solarium. It consists of two Bed and Breakfasts and a Cottage. Each unit has a parking space as well as a semi-private garden equipped with deck chairs, table, BBQ and candle lanterns.

It is possible to book the entire mill (4 bedrooms) for €360 or 2.3 rooms for €90 per room. 2 private bathrooms common to the 4 bedrooms for rent . Your room is located near the university center, between 10 and 20 minutes' walk from the UTT, IUT, EPF, MIFA, IUMM, Compagnons du Devoir, and the Christian High School of Troyes.
