Top center big family apartment with garden view

Great stay! Really central location and lots of food places and parks nearby. Zlatka's space matched the description and the great reviews. Cooking facilities are great apart from a microwave but the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and cutlery. The flat was warm and quiet so easy to sleep. The price was excellent value for 4 football fans. Zlatka was really responsive to any messages. I really enjoyed my stay and would certainly choose Zlatka's place again!

New apartment with all amenities. Two large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Two very clean bathrooms with several towels. A small terrace also to take in the air. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, but easily accessible. The owner communicated very quickly and gave us guides for parking. Highly recommended to spend a few days in Plovdiv, since it is in the center

Kim owns it, her mother-in-law Virginia lives in a separate house next door and is very welcoming. The location is beautiful. As someone else has said, the beds are super comfy. Linens were fresh and felt new, like great hotel linens. Plenty of space to spread out on the comfortable patio. Opportunity to grill using wood and charcoal, which we took advantage of. Well stocked with various teas and sugar, honey, etc. And I LOVE the bathroom with the walk-in shower, great drainage. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo and shower gel and comfy towels. The style of the house matches those of the village, but it's completely updated. Enjoyed chatting with Virginia briefly, and she was available to help with anything but left us to ourselves otherwise.

Great apartment right in the heart of Kapana. 1 minute from the beginning of the old town. The location is perfect for exploring the city by food. The apartment is furnished with everything you need, even for a longer stay. A perfect terrace where you can drink your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and listen to the atmosphere of Plovdiv at night. In one word - great! We will use it again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! My family along with our two dogs, truly enjoyed every moment. The house is incredibly calm, offering a breathtaking view and a peaceful atmosphere. The projector was a fantastic touch ❤️, and we loved using the barbecue in the serene surroundings. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! Thank you very much!

There is much to like about this apartment. It is spacious yet cosy; the kitchen has plenty of bench space and well equipped with all the cutlery needed and more than enough cooking basics; the bed is comfortable; the bathroom is small but well laid out; and overall it had a very homely feel. It is close to many supermarkets, restaurants and good bakeries; and importantly, walking distance to all the tourist attractions of Plovdiv. The neighbourhood is slowly gentrifying with many new apartment buildings or older buildings being renovated. It is quiet and just out of the busy areas. Rositsa and Hugo are fantastic hosts who are accommodating, easy to communicate with and would do anything to make your stay feel more comfortable. As it was Easter, they decorated the apartment accordingly, prepared information on the various activities and also brought Easter baked goods to add to the festive celebrations. We loved it here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Large clean apartment. Large kitchen and very big walk in shower. Very happy here! Small balcony in bedroom and larger one in the family room. Walking distance to old town was very close. Only 6 minutes away. Scenic Church just down the main street and a children's park. Fresh vegetable store and a small local food store right out front. Definitely a good place to stay near Old town

Lovely little place, walking access from downtown. Everything is refined in detail and a lot of love and means have been put into it! The host's attitude was extremely nice and helpful! The apartment was clean and cozy! I would visit again and recommend with both hands! :)
