Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Cozy 2 room apartment 36 m2 with separate entrance. The bedroom is located in the attic on the second floor. Bed size: two mattresses 1.80 m x 2 m. A pull-out sofa bed for another person is located in the living/kitchen area. WiFi, parking is included in the price. The attic apartment is located in a Walser house that was built in 1847. In 2019, the whole house was completely renovated. The apartment is a gem and is located approx. 150 meters from the valley station of the Tschiertschen ski resort. In summer, Tschiertschen is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and great bike tours. The apartment is very well equipped. A new apartment in old walls awaits its guests. It is located directly on the Landwasser. The Rinerhornbahn and Davos Glaris train station / bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. Relax in our Bijou directly on the ski and toboggan run above Tschiertschen. From the wood-fired hot pot (not a whirlpool!) you can enjoy the view of the Schanfigg and the Aroser Weisshorn (fee CHF 75 per stay, see further details). In the cozy apartment you will find a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped open kitchen, a living-dining room with a cozy couch, 2 bedrooms with one double bed each and a bathroom with bathtub.

The modern, beautifully furnished 3-room apartment in the rustic mountain village of Tschiertschen with a cozy ski area offers a unique panoramic view in an atmospheric ambience. From the living room with open kitchen you can go into the private garden with covered seating and fire pit. The kitchen is very well equipped. The smaller bedroom has a sofa that is used as a comfortable double bed by children and adults.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

3 1/2 room apartment with fantastic views

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The beautiful apartment with fireplace on the sunny slope of Maran is cozy. The rooms, equipped with a lot of Swiss pine wood, make the comfortably equipped apartment a highlight. The large window in the living room offers impressive views of the mountains and nature. The Arosa/Lenzerheide ski and hiking area is a few minutes away by free bus.
