Welcome to our oasis of peace directly in the agricultural area in the Grisons mountains. You can relax in the wonderful living climate of the solid wood spruce house with its own water source. For us it is an oasis of peace, strength and happiness. The house, newly built in 2024, is somewhat remote and yet only 12 minutes from the city of Chur, 10 minutes from Churwalden and 20 minutes from Lenzerheide. It is a wonderful location for skiing/cross-country skiing, biking, hiking or to be and enjoy.

A 10 minute walk from the Chur main train station, this spacious top-floor apartment is clean, modern, comfortable, and quiet. Five minutes to supermarket, shopping, theater, cinemas, and museums. High quality beds and linens along with a fully-equipped kitchen will make you feel at home. Two separate bedrooms from the main living/dining area make this home ideal for a family of four, or two couples. Chur is a gateway for many activities in the region with many shops, restaurants, and cafés.

Ideal for 2 persons. 3rd person CHF 30/night. Children from 5 years old are welcome, not set up for younger children and infants.

The modern apartment is located on 1000 meters in the sunny village of Maladers, just a 10-minute drive from the cantonal capital Chur. The stable of the over 100-year-old farmhouse was remodeled with attention to detail. Combined with modern materials such as concrete and glass, the original old wood elements tell the story of earlier times and offers a very special ambiance. Surrounded by green meadows, you can relax after an outdoor activity in the Grisons mountains.

Time out in the Bündnerland

The first-floor apartment, newly renovated in 2022, is located in a quiet neighborhood in the capital of Grisons, surrounded by lots of nature and mountains. Comfortable and flexible entry via electronic code lock (discreet entrance via outdoor patio seating). Free visitor parking is available directly opposite the apartment entrance. Good connection to public transport (city bus stop nearby) and only 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartment is located in the old village part of "Pragmartin." The apartment includes a spacious master bedroom, a bedroom and living room with two single beds and sofa, a living room with TV station, a modern kitchen with access to the balcony. The apartment is ideal for families with children (even toddlers)
