Well-maintained two-room non-smoking apartment with a separate entrance. Please do not bring pets. Not suitable for wheelchair users, as it is not continuously accessible. Look forward to the cozy kitchen-living room and the patio overlooking the Grisons mountains in a quiet detached house, below the hospitals, close to the bus stop and church. Comfortable and flexible entry via electronic code lock (discreet entrance via outdoor patio seating). Free visitor parking is available directly opposite the apartment entrance. Good connection to public transport (city bus stop nearby) and only 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
