Truly amazing hosts. We had to book last minute and the hosts accommodated us on the same day with our 2 children. The stone house was beautiful and the village and surroundings delightful. The hosts shared with us very useful tips for things to do and see around. We hope to be back and highly recommend the place.

Manos & Elefthera were waiting for us to arrive. our flight was delayed, but we contacted them in the meantime and it was no problem. Because we arrived in the dark we had no idea what the surroundings looked like so we were woken up to a stunning view. Absolutely beautiful. You can just sit on the terrace and drink it all in. The house is big, exactly as described, very clean. Communication with the host is always very quick and friendly. Parasia tavern is a must. You need to drive there, its too far to walk. The pizzeria in the village is very good too. They have loads of other food besides pizza. Vamos is a cute little village. We didn't want to leave, but we had booked another address for the second week. We can totally recommend Manos's place and who knows we might be back some time.

If you like peace and quiet and want to feel like you are in crete proper then Nikos villas are perfect. It’s an ideal location for exploring the western side of the island . Nikos Mum works hard in the background cleaning and maintaining the pool and plants . Nikos responded very quickly when asked about local recommendations, taxi numbers etc . Look forward to returning here again soon . Great holiday .

The house is in an authentic village, a person can smell even the pressed olives in the air, quite nice! Hosts are friendly and accommodation is nice! The only tip would be to add a bit more/stronger lights as it feels a bit dark inside, as the windows are quite small. I would recommend Stella's place to other travellers!
