Monthly Rentals in Tsuzuki Ward

We had a fantastic time at Satomi's place. The location is great - easy walking to local transport, restaurant and groceries. Exactly what we wanted. The flat was exactly as described and perfect for our family, travelling with 2 small children.

I really enjoyed staying at Ken’s place! The studio is very convenient and functional; I especially appreciated the kitchen amenities and the laundry machine. There is a good supermarket within walking distance, in addition to restaurants and konbinis. I made good use of the bike that’s included, and Ken made some very good suggestions for places to go to! I would stay here again.

Everything was so perfect from the beginning, when there was a sign at the street that led me to the entrance, until the end. Especially I would like to mention the laundry service. My laundry was washed, dried and bended from one day to the other at no extra cost or effort to me. That was extraordinary and my first time to experience at an Airbnb. For me the location and proximity to the Tsurumi River was ideal for running and preparing for Tokyo Marathon :-)

Wonderful, peaceful apartment, big for Tokyo standards with everything you need to have a wonderful time in the city and then come back to a calm and serene area where you can relax and have a great night sleep. I am a very picky sleeper and I managed from day one to sleep through the night, no noise at all, which is extremely rare. I am very grateful to Sawada-san and his family, they treated me so well, I felt right at home, I will definitely come back next time I'm in Tokyo!
