Cabin vacation rentals in Tulum

Aldea Kinich is a very manicured little jungle corner with cabanas full of details and hotel comforts. Very well located to visit Sian Khan and the ruins of Muyil. The pool is fantastic and the super attentive hosts add value to the experience.

Large, beautiful property with lots of charm and all of the amenities. It's the jungle and the buildings are simple, so prepare to contend with a few ( harmless ) bugs in the outdoor kitchen and in the rooms. Road to property is a bit long, narrow and rough. Internet was a bit spotty ( reportedly due to construction nearby ) but cell reception was good. Overall met my expectations and was a joy. Thanks Hiram!

Lovely stay! A moment of calm on our drive south. I would come back again and explore more around the area. This is a great location and really nice space. Diana and all the hosts are really nice and helpful.

The property was well-located and safe and the host is doing a lot to improvethe buildings. It felt a little rustic, but very peaceful, and the host was generous and helpful with anything I needed, with a very good friendly vibe on the whole property. One of the few places in Tulum with minimal traffic and easy parking!

I only stayed one night as I was in town for a Yoga course and I wish I couldn've stayed longer. What a peaceful oasis in paradise. I especially loved the pool, it felt like it was brand new and fresh. Great hosts and very friendly. I highly recommend

Nice roomy casita with 2 double beds, bath, kitchen and pool right outside the door. Easy walking to restaurants and small grocery stores. No big grocery stores in the neighborhood. Laundry very close. Took a nice tour of ruins, a cenote cave and snorkeling with turtles. The only downside, since we did not have a car, a trip to the beach was $15 each way!

The place is beautiful and having the cenote a few steps away is a super plus! Larisa is a very good person and helped us with what we need. The cabanas are beautiful and is a place to disconnect and enjoy nature, I highly recommend Larisa and her AIRBNB!

Everything was excellent, from before arriving Guillaume and team were attentive, if you want a place to rest, have good restaurants, beach and cenotes nearby, this place is excellently located, and the fan they have is powerful and for the heat of March you can sleep Perfect.

Me & my 11 year old daughter enjoyed our 1 night stay at Brandy's cabana. We chose it based on its natural architecture, its proximity the the venue we needed to walk easily to for a concert & it's direct across the road access to the beach right next to Azulik. Eli was a warm welcome & gave us quick yet through tour. The highlight of the stay was waking up to run across the street to catch sunrise which was amazing & then getting the amazing breakfast that was included at Potheads. Amazing deal for Tulum Hotel Zone. They let us enjoy another hour at the beach before checkout as well which was nice. The only thing missing for us was washclothes/small towels for body washing. We used the provided hand towels instead, a minor thing in the jungle lol but if you need that bring them with you. We enjoyed the very hot shower as well. No tv is the perfect way to unplug & go out & enjoy Tulum. Thanks Brandy & staff!

Wonderful spot! Close to everything and so relaxing! Also, I had to delay my trip by a week and Augustina was incredibly kind and was able to accommodate the change! Will be back for another visit.

Jeronimo’s cabaña, part of his Lakin-Ha Eco Lodging (this is not stated on the description but crucial to know — it’s how you will get a taxi driver to find the place on Google maps) is wonderfully old school Tulum. If you visited 20 or more years ago, or heard about those times, this is where Old Tulum still lives. Rustic but well kept lodging, under the palms, directly on the stunning Caribbean beach, with miles and miles of coconut-lined sand in both directions. You are located a few hundred meters inside the Sian Ka’an Biosphere, a huge national park, and you will need to register and pay $12 per person per day (for foreigners) to leave and enter on the road (you can also bypass the guard station by simply walking up the beach). Before arriving at Jeronimo’s pick up whatever essentials you will need: snacks, beverages, coffee already made, etc. It’s a good 25 minute walk to the nearest convenience store. Great restaurants and bars are up the beach whenever you need them.

We are very familiar with Tulum and had previously lived in Tulum for many years. We needed a comfortable, clean place, with flexible check in to stay overnight for a work trip. It was everything and more! -Friendly host that was super helpful checking in with a toddler. -Pristine, CLEAN and organized. It was a beautiful private space. -The pool is amazing! Shallow areas to lounge and deeper areas for a nice plunge. -Location is perfect: close enough to walk to all of the new La Veleta eateries/bars but still quiet and private on site. Close to Kukulkan Blvd to access the beach road! This made it easy to get to and from the beach. -Beautiful aesthetic palapa that felt like home away from home. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us, we look forward to our next stay this weekend!

I love this place! Quiet, comforting and close to the town and beaches.

The place is very nice. Everything is very clean!. The blankets/towels are super clean. It's actually a very comfortable place. I recommend it 100%. the only bad thing about all this is that I only stay one day.😛. thank you very much for always being on the lookout. I look forward to opting with you again in the future.
