Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to this unique accommodation with fantastic sea views. Treat yourself to total relaxation with proximity to forest and sea. Walking/jogging just outside the house, 10-minute walk to a nice swimming area at Gullmarsfjorden. Proximity to many of the west coast's summer pearls such as Skaftö, Lysekil, Smögen, etc. The accommodation is 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and 15 minutes to Torp shopping center and road E6. During the peak season, we only rent weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Other times, minimum 2 nights.

A small cottage with a family bed. Röe farm with restaurant is a short walk away. 4 minutes by car to the store in Brodalen which is an Ica to-go store so it is always open. If you want to take an excursion, Lysekil, Nordens Ark and many other nice places are a car ride away.

Huset ligger i närhet av bla. pärlorna Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Grebbestad och Lysekil där Havets hus finns. Riktigt mysigt ställe året runt. Beläget i granitens rike med många fina berg, omtyckta av bergsklättrare. I närområdet finns det många salta bad, golfbanor, djurpark, bergsklättring och vandringsleder. Busshållplatsen heter Uteby och har väldigt bra bussförbindelser. 600m från huset

Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, 50 sqm plus 20 sqm sleeping loft. Proximity to both the golf course, the sea and restaurants. Free parking for several cars is available as well as a large lawn for the kids to play on. Four beds plus a sofa bed for the little ones. Sheets are not included, can be rented separately for 100 per person Cleaning is not included, can be arranged for a fee of SEK 500/booking Possibility to charge electric car for a fee.

The house has a wonderful outdoor room and well-sized seating areas in several places around the house.
