Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Large living room with a 6-meter (19.7-foot) ceiling height, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, and a private outdoor shower with privacy. Terrace, orangery, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and nature plot of about 1500 sqm. Access to high chairs and crib. Close to the sea, cliffs, climbing and beaches. NOTE ➡️The shower is outdoors. Welcome to this unique accommodation with fantastic sea views. Treat yourself to total relaxation with proximity to forest and sea. Walking/jogging just outside the house, 10-minute walk to a nice swimming area at Gullmarsfjorden. Proximity to many of the west coast's summer pearls such as Skaftö, Lysekil, Smögen, etc. The accommodation is 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and 15 minutes to Torp shopping center and road E6. During the peak season, we only rent weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Other times, minimum 2 nights.

A small cottage with a family bed. Röe farm with restaurant is a short walk away. 4 minutes by car to the store in Brodalen which is an Ica to-go store so it is always open. If you want to take an excursion, Lysekil, Nordens Ark and many other nice places are a car ride away.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, 50 sqm plus 20 sqm sleeping loft. Proximity to both the golf course, the sea and restaurants. Free parking for several cars is available as well as a large lawn for the kids to play on. Four beds plus a sofa bed for the little ones. Sheets are not included, can be rented separately for 100 per person Cleaning is not included, can be arranged for a fee of SEK 500/booking Possibility to charge electric car for a fee.
