A spacious log cabin by the lake, completed in 2000, about 30 minutes from Tampere! Location in the sympathetic village of Kutala on the shore of fishy Kulovesi in a sheltered bay. A landscape house has been built for the cottage in the autumn of 2025. The outdoor lighting has also been renewed and now you have Philips Hue lighting, which gives you bright white or alternatively seasonal lighting for the entire outdoor area. In addition, all the kitchen appliances in the cottage have been replaced (including an induction stove and a convection oven).

The log cabin is located in a quiet location in a rural landscape. The cottage has a wood-fired sauna, which provides good sauna heat. In the yard you will find a large swimming pool where you can swim and refresh yourself. The covered terrace has a gas grill available and plenty of space for dining. The evening sun shines on the terrace. The courtyard is spacious and sheltered. The house in the yard is uninhabited and there are no neighbors nearby. In this log cabin, you will relax in the tranquility of the countryside close to nature.

This getaway is for you who enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, sauna, swimming and boating. With an air-source heat pump, you can keep your cottage cool in hot weather. The ice hole is open all winter. The cottage is in the courtyard of an old farm, yet in its own peace. There is a nice 5 km walking loop around the lake. The closest cultural camps can be found in the summertime at Lauko Manor 14km away. The nearest shop and restaurant is 9km away in Narva. The cottage rent includes linens, towels, and tablecloths.

The cottage has electric heating and a fireplace. Firewood is included in the rent. The outdoor toilet is composting. A rowing boat and fishing gear are available. You can pick berries and mushrooms in the nearby forests. Great nature attractions, such as national parks, are a short drive away. Distance from Helsinki, Turku or Tampere about 100 km.

The cottage is located on a beautiful, rocky lakeside plot, in the courtyard of the main building, which is in use all year round. Access to the beach is via stairs or, alternatively, a more gentle path. The cottage rental includes linen, towels and tablecloths. The nearest shop and pharmacy can be found in Kylmäkoski, just 4.5 km away.
