"Casa Chiassarello" with pool

Casa Chiassarello is located in a quiet and panoramic location, a short walk from the center of Roccastrada. The house, entirely in stone, is carved out of an old oil mill. The accommodation is an open space of about 80 square meters where there is a very spacious kitchen, a bathroom, a sleeping area with TV and fireplace; it overlooks a spacious veranda that can be used as a dining area and relaxation area. Guests have access to the garden and swimming pool, both for exclusive use.

The Loft

Last floor newly renovated loft very close to the train station and city center. The 65sqm flat has one queen size bedroom, one bathroom and a very spacious open space with a fully furnished modern kitchen. It’s located 15 minutes from the beach and 1 minute walk from the train / bus station. There is a 700Mbps Free Wi-Fi, a drinking Water Filter, a 50inch 4K tv with Apple TV, Netflix and Prime video included. Be aware the flat is on the forth and last floor and there is no elevator.

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.
