Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tuscan Archipelago

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous place, warm and generous host - this is a unique experience where everything feels good, with eye for detail and comfort. Nice daytrips (Petra Winery and villages, coast) to be mixed with relaxing and enjoying the view. Very grateful for the three days, the kindness, dog Pepe, the fab handpicked wild flower bouquets and nice conversations. Going up and down the mountain is an experience too and so worth it!!!! Big thank you Susanna, also for the drives and the car! Would love to come back & we recommend this big and comfi appartement for 2-3 day stay or longer!

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

My partner and I stayed for a week with our medium-sized dog. A relaxing stay, spacious and well-stocked house and the garden is the strong point! Besides us, our dog also enjoyed it so much. Antonio and his wife are really kind and helpful, always ready if needed Beautiful stay!

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

Optimal location for walking to the beach. You have a view of the sea, a beautiful terrace with outdoor barbecue and much more. The beach is wonderful. We had an e-bike with what you need if you want to go uphill to the best baker. We highly recommend the place.

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. We were guests of Ms. Enrica for 4 days from August 24, 2024 to August 27, 2024, we were immediately welcomed by Ms. Enrica who led us to her very clean apartment and located in a central area (near the port). A beautiful experience and definitely to be repeated

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

Cornelia's place was very comfy and had everything we needed! She picked us up from the town center and showed us how to get to the apartment and gave us a few recommendations for restaurants and things to do - helpful but very unintrusive. We had a great time and would come back!

A short but intense vacation also thanks to the proposals offered by Marciana Marina and the Island of Elba in general : bike paths, hiking, beautiful sea to explore by kayak which is what I did but there is much more. We loved this location. The apartment has everything you need and the patio is amazing. Restful with a view between the mountains and the ocean. The sun comes out by day and on the terrace you can have dinner at sunset. Very nice contact with Doutsen who was so kind and picked us up and drove us to the bus. Recommend a few days here!

The vacation home is very cozy and medeterian. The rooms are pleasantly cool even without air conditioning thanks to the ground floor and under the shade of the beautiful pine trees. The seating area with BBQ and outdoor shower is brilliant. Beach, restaurants and bars are within walking distance, the location in a quiet neighborhood. Parking fenced and away from the street. The private access to the botanical garden is a privilege to find tranquility from the busy beach and use infrastructure such as sun loungers umbrellas and even hammocks between the trees and picnic areas. There is even drinking water. Very nice sunsets! Host very friendly and helpful, reliable and quick feedback via email when booking. Can only recommend the accommodation and felt very comfortable! Only the many mosquitoes were a bit tedious.

I travel a lot for both business and leisure, but I rarely felt so at home as in the 4 days spent by Andrea. The house is simply wonderful, cared for in every detail, welcoming and with a soul. It's undoubtedly one of the most beautiful I've ever visited! But what makes the stay really special is Andrea himself: proactive, helpful, attentive... you clearly feel that he loves what he does. Genuine and warm hospitality that leaves your mark. In every room you can breathe quality: the mattress was very comfortable (I slept like a fairytale!), the very spacious bathroom with a really spacious and relaxing shower. The TV in both the bedroom and the living room is also a plus, it's not for everyone! Top experience, absolutely recommended.

The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished. It was very nice to sit on the balcony in the evening. Everything we needed was provided. The location is very good. Both supermarkets are very close. The village center is only about 500 m away and the beach 1 km away. Francesca is a wonderful host, she is very friendly. We were also able to check in earlier. We can really recommend this property and would love to come back again.

Everything worked out just fine. Location is great, close to the large, wide sandy beach. Approximately 10-minute walk to the center of Marina. Shopping and restaurant visits are easy without a car. Larger shopping centers/sights for alternative programs easily accessible by car. Apartment clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential area with plenty of green space within walking distance. Had a wonderful time. Leonardo is a great host, we had a very good communication. The location directly at the sea is unbeatable. The flat is off course not big, but well equipped and even with two adults and two kids not too small either (and there is plenty of space outside).

A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.
