Townhome vacation rentals in Tuscan Archipelago

We had a really good time. The place was clean and tidy, in a quiet area and easy to access. In a few minutes you can reach beaches even on foot. Then we also found "extras" in the house, such as water bottles, dish soap, hand soap, and more. Ringo was always kind and available.

Lovely authentic and traditional villa spanning four floors equipped with nice air conditioning to keep you cool under the beautiful san Vincenzo sun. The villa is located on a quiet street. Ample parking at either end of the street. The national park beach is a short 10-min drive away with easy parking and really stunning. Finally, Gian Paolo is a hero host. He helped me contact my car hire agency and translated for me when I couldn’t get through to them for a punctured tyre on the road. He even arranged a mechanic to come to me and fit a spare tyre. Thanks so much Gian Paolo! This host goes above and beyond! Highly recommended.

A beautiful experience surrounded by nature. Franca and Monica were immediately very polite and helpful. The place is also really well stocked with details that we wouldn't have expected. And then... what a good cake from Franca! Thank you!

Umberto's place is perfect for a family. Large, spacious, and very close to the sea. We also did a lot of bike rides starting directly from Principina. Umberto was very kind! Highly recommended

Very cozy small townhouses in a quiet location with an enclosed garden. Hiking trails are in walking distance. Clean home with a feel-good atmosphere. The communication with Gianluca was top notch. He and his wife are very likeable people who make you feel right at home. We will be happy to come back.

Roberto's house and its garden is in the middle of olive trees and nature and even cows come to say hello close by every day :-) It is really peacefull and calm place but at the same time only few minutes drive from Suvereto that is a lovely village with a very nice atmosphere and historical charm. We recommend the winery opposite to the church where you can taste wine and get some snacks and sit on the staircase under the church and listen to music, the ice cream nearby is also delicious :-) The house was really beautiful, spacious and clean and very well equipped, we had everything we needed. Roberto and his wife were so friendly and their hospitality and helpfulness was very kind. Kids loved the garden and the 3 cats that came to cuddle from time to time :-) Great spot to visit the beaches in Barratti, San Vincenzo or Marina di Alberese that is by the Maremma National Park and is the top beach destination with only few people, keeps its wild character and we really recommend to come and enjoy. We did also visit beaches in Follonica and its aqua village as we travelled with 2 kids (5 and 8 y.). I can only recommend, we really enjoyed our stay!

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

We spent (2 adults and a dog) a week in Claudio and Rita's place at the turn of the year. We found the house extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay even for more days. The owners were very kind and hospitable, leaving us pleasant and super welcome gifts. Claudio was also very helpful on a couple of occasions when we contacted him. The only thing to keep in mind, if you stay in the winter months, but that did not affect the pleasantness of the stay, is that the heating is with split units and not through radiators so in cold periods the heat of the house could be a little uneven but still sufficient leaving the split units on. Claudio and Rita are very attentive to details and hospitality. Upon our arrival we found bowls, a mat and pillow for the dog, definitely a nice surprise :-). A real pet-friendly house!

Clean and cozy apartment, great location and proximity to the seafront.

Very impressed by Michela’s responsiveness and attention to detail in the apartment. It is well decorated, and had everything from ice cubes to mosquito repellant to a welcome package and coffee cups ready when you arrive She did everything in her power to make us have a great stay, even when unfortunate circumstances presented themselves. Nothing but a warm recommendation to stay with Michela.

We returned to Tania's place for Christmas again this year because our children really loved the location of this small town, high in the hills, the cozy house and bedrooms. We celebrated Christmas Eve by going to nearby Massa Marittima 13 km away with lots of choices of restaurants, a pretty town to visit and the kids enjoyed skating in its ice rink. There are lots of other places to discover Volterra, Siena, Grosseto, just to name a few. Thank you Tania and Tiziana for making our stay special again!

Very evocative house with a small terrace overlooking the sea and makes you enjoy an unforgettable but above all special sunset. The house is very spacious and full of every comfort, open space kitchen overlooking the sea. The area is super quiet and surrounded by the beautiful nature of small cove.

Very good location, very nice apartment with all the comforts. Very clean, perfect for a group of guests or a family. Overall, a very good choice for a stay at Isola del Giglio. The view is amazing. Anna Maria was the most wonderful host during our stay in Italy. Her thoughtful attention to every small detail could be felt throughout the house. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The house itself was very comfortable, spotless, and located in a calm and peaceful area. It's also worth noting that the location was perfect for traveling around Tuscany. Anna Maria gave us great tips and recommendations for nearby places to visit. We would be happy to return in the future.

This is our first time using Airbnb and we are fully satisfied with the experience. The apartment is a real gem equipped with all comforts to spend a relaxing holiday. For us, the highlight was the spacious and very comfortable shower outside, so we never used the one in the en-suite bathroom. Perfect for a family of 4. The free beach is clean surrounded by a crystal clear sea that can be reached both on foot and by bike. Also pool and tennis court that you can use whenever you want. Francesca and Chiara, the hosts, were immediately available and kind, immediately answering all our questions and/or concerns. Highly recommended for a quiet vacation surrounded by greenery and the wonderful waters of Roccamare.

Cozy and logistically comfortable house, equipped with all the necessary accessories, very useful bicycles provided, parking in front of the house. Clean environment, no negative notes.

We had a very good stay in Filippo's big and nice townhouse located in a quiet area. We spent 11 nights in September here with our 1.5 year old son. We enjoyed being able to eat our meals on the patio and have access to both dishwasher and washing machine during our stay. We also got to borrow a high chair. The accommodation has good kitchen equipment, comfortable beds and two fresh modern bathrooms. It takes around 5 min to walk to the beach and as long to a small grocery store as well as around 20-25 min into the city center. Filippo was always responded promptly and helpfully to our queries by email.
