The cabin is completely private with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for comfort and extra heat. The ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on your skis at the cabin and walk to the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with a private jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Here we offer a modern, comfortable cabin with stunning views of a small picturesque water and immediate access to hiking and biking opportunities in the summer – and prepared ski slopes right outside the door in winter (and proximity to Gautefall Skisenter). In December, the cottage will be decorated for Christmas.

The cabin comes with parking and a private patio plus bed linen and towels.

BBQ in our swimming area or just relax and enjoy the view of the water from a hammock. We are usually at home and can assist with whatever it may be. Peaceful and hospitable.

In the living room there is both a seating area and a dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to the garden outside the apartment.
