Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Breathtaking view to the Lake Oulujärvi. Luxurious lakeview sauna. 2 bed rooms, living room and a kitchen with full equipment. Own beach and peer. NOTE: Cleaning fee of 90,- will be charged if the guests don't clean the cottage to the same condition it was while arriving.

Personal small apartment

The property is located in a quiet residential area, in the yard of a detached house, about 15km from the center of Oulu. The apartment is in mint condition, has sleeping accommodations for two and an air mattress for a third if necessary. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed. Other things to note: There is a folder on the table in the hallway with some instructions for the renter regarding the apartment, be sure to read it, thank you.

This is easy to get off the highway. This is a good place to go if you're looking for privacy. This is close to services, but there are no other apartments nearby. Also a great stopover on the way from south to north or vice versa! A big free parking spot and a warm place in the car. Good transport connections to Oulu. K-Supermarket 1.8 km, Zeppelin and swimming pool 2 km, railway station 1.5 km, Tivoli 2.9 km, Leo's playground and Zemppiareena 2 km.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
