We, father and daughter, Judith and Engelbert offer an uncomplicated, simple one. It is a separate double room in our house with bathroom, TV but without breakfast. Since I'm working, we offer breakfast only on request for a surcharge of 12.00 per breakfast per person. We are centrally located in the valley. In winter, the ski bus stops right in front of our ski cellar. We strive to offer a balanced price-performance ratio and look forward to welcoming each guest.

Stefflhof - Charming old farmhouse, ensuite room

Our farmhouse is situated 1000 meters above sea level, right in the middle in between Kitzbühel and Zell am See. It takes only five minutes to the ski area of Kitzbühel, in summer you can start hiking right in front o the house. A bus stopp is only several meters away. Our view is amazing: all the peaks of the "Hohe Tauern" are right in front of us. Our farm has a large garden. Singles, families with children, couples, groups - everyone is welcome!

Pension Baranekhof Kaprun is surrounded by mountain massifs and meadows, directly below the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The capacity of the house is 55 beds and you can stay here in rooms for 1 to 6 people. You will find a lounge, self-service bar - kitchen, barbecue area in the garden, children's playground, billiards, table football, table tennis, fitness, ski-bike room, private sauna and seminar room. We have a house bar in the basement where you can enjoy a beer/cocktail or other drink in the afternoon/evening. In the morning breakfast is included and you can enjoy a breakfast buffet. No extensive luxury, but lots of fun!

Cozy vacation home in the middle of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Zell am See ski resort. The guest house sleeps 11 people in 2 apartments. Each apartment offers a kitchen, shower and toilet. A storage room in the basement offers space for skis or bicycles, and there is also sufficient parking space. The guest house was newly renovated in 2025 and comfortably furnished.
