We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

Our house was built in 2018 and is - like our first floor guest apartment - completely furnished with individual pieces made in my own carpentry workshop. You will find the large terrace overlooking our garden a pleasure to enjoy, and the views from our place unique.
