The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

Jede Einheit in dem Doppelhaus bietet auf zwei Etagen ausreichend Platz für 7 Personen (3 Schlafzimmer), einen Kamin sowie eine Terrasse mit einem kleinem Garten. Fahrräder können in einem abschließbaren Schuppen untergestellt werden. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen Supermarkt mit Bäckerei/Metzgerei sowie einen Kanuverleih.
