Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The LUNA is an exclusive, floating apartment in the loft style. The "LUNA" has a salon with a pantry kitchen, a double cabinet bed, a shower and a separate toilet. The "LUNA" blurs with its environment through the floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Air conditioning and exterior curtains protect against high temperatures and ensure pleasant temperatures. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth even on cold days. The houseboat is firmly located in our harbor and is only 7 km from Alex.

Driving the motorboat does not require a driver's license. The motorboat & stand up board is available for use.

We have designed the boat so that you have incredible views of the sea from all large windows and terraces and experience fabulous sunsets at the lagoon. You will love the design of the decor. After a walk into your boat sauna, the cooling in the lagoon and with a glass of wine on the sun deck, you won't want to leave the boat.

Beer garden, beach, thermal baths, spa as well as numerous restaurants and activities are within walking distance.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
