The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

'Una casa speciale' is literally a special place. Room is big and is an open space with a double bed on the first floor and a mezzanine with two single bed. Kitchen, veranda and dining room are common spaces(mostly with me and sometimes with who rent the room next to the ground floor for children parties or dance classes..).You will probably be alone most of the times but if you don't enjoy meeting people this is not the place for you!we have 'La casa dei nonni' for that on airbnb!

The small house on the ground floor offers a very recent kitchen and a bathroom with shower; on the first floor a relaxation area with TV and sofa (double bed) and large balcony; bedroom with closet and double bed with orthopedic mattress. House Pr tin is located in the village of Ladra 3 km away from Kobarid. The apartment was renovated in 2020. We offer 3 bedrooms, WC, bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning, balcony. The house is suitable for a couple or family of 2-5 people. When you book, all the house is available just for you. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. We are 5 minutes away by car to Kobarid, 20 minutes by car to Bovec.
