Vacation rentals with a patio in Udupi

We loved our stay here. Avinash from the get go was super prompt in communication and cordial. A huge shout out to Anthony , super friendly and helpful during our stay. And a special mention to the food we ate , it was so refreshing to finally have a piece of coastal cuisine that was exactly like what we grew up on. My suggestion to anybody staying here , order from their kitchen … it’s amazing ! 😊❤️

The house is exactly how it is shown in the picture, the view from it is amazing. This place is worth the price. The house is not like any other airbnb. It’s your dream home. The host was super helpful, even helped us with some extra requests that we had. I recommend others reading this review to checkout this place and you won’t regret it booking.

Had a great time at Xavier’s place. He was very helpful from the moment of checkin till the time we checked out. From helping us get an auto to attending a call at 12am at night due to no power, he was always ready to accommodate our every request. Property itself was amazing. It was just a short walk to the beach. Had all the amenities we needed and was easily findable from Google maps. It was even serviced by Swiggy and Zomato. Overall one of the most memorable Airbnb stays I had and would love to visit again.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had an absolutely stunning view—it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The amenities were top-notch, from the comfy bed and high-quality linens to the well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout the space. This was the first time i decided to AirBnB my stay in Udupi (usually stay at 4 star hotels or temple rooms). Since this was a family of 4 adults and 1 kid,there were different expectations to be met (kid wanted beach access,aged parents wanted peaceful surroundings,I wanted easy Tempe access and to everything). I saw Pravin's listing and instinctively felt it would be right since the Villa photos and description looked natural. From the moment i booked until I checked out,Pravin was pro-active,highly responsive to my silly queries and one step ahead in ensuring that my needs were met. At this price ,i do not think I could have got all the 4star hotel facilities in Udupi or nearby areas that Pradnya Villa offers. I was able to have an enjoyable,memorable trip simply because the most important aspect of travel -accomodation was taken care of by Pravin's Villa . i am definitely going to be booking Pradnya Villa on every Udupi visit because of the warmth of Pravin's Udupi culture offered

It was a wonderful stay with a beautiful view of coconut trees right from the home. Most tourist attractions are nearby with minimal traffic, making it very convenient. The host and house help were exceptionally kind, attentive, and caring, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
