Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Chalet J&J

Located at the foot of the Aravis and Col de l'Épine, we offer independent accommodation on the grounds of our house in Marlens. This chalet is ideal for 1 to 4 people to enjoy the region in summer and winter: 10 min drive to Lake Annecy, 35 min to Annecy city Ski resorts: 45 min La Clusaz Megeve/Saisies Cross-country skiing 20 minutes away (Charvin sector) Hiking trails nearby. Bike path 2 min. Possibility of contact for paragliding sessions.

Quiet studio

Refurbished duplex studio. A few minutes from the lake, 40 minutes from Annecy and 15 minutes from La Sambuy, sportsmen and nature lovers will find their happiness: swimming, hiking, skiing, climbing, paragliding. On the spacious mezzanine you will find a double bed, and on the ground floor a single sofa bed. The exteriors of the house are still waiting to be furnished. The forest and river are in the immediate vicinity for walking.
