Our guest house with private entrance from the street, and private separate patio, offers fresh and comfortable accommodation close to the city center and 1.7 km to Skrea beach. Pizzeria and large food store (Coop) 75 m from the door. Approximately 5 minutes to restaurants and bars in the city center and 10-15 minutes to the beach (on foot). Large free parking right across the street. Wifi included. Now with newly installed air conditioning, 2023. Bed linen or towels are not included, can be rented for 100 SEK/person. There is a duvet and pillow.

Apartment of 35 sqm that is completely newly built with nice material choices that is located in one of our Halland houses in Småris between Långasand and Ugglarp's sea baths. Outside the door, a popular walking loop passes by that offers both forest, sea and countryside. It is 00 meters to the beach, and there is both sandy beach and stone slabs.
