"Kaiwa no Sato" Our house is an indigo house built in the first year of culture (1804) during the ornate era of "indigo". The main house and bed (the barn that sleeps the indigo) have been demolished, but they have preserved the historic guest room and garden to be used as a farmhouse homestay. There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

清潔で広々とした部屋です。繁華街からも２分近いですが昼夜共に非常に静かで落ち着いた住宅街にあります。徳島駅から1200m、徒歩15分と近く便利です。 2023年5月に早めのWiFiを導入しました。キッチンの調理器具や調味料、シャンプー類、洗濯機や洗剤、バスタオルなどは揃っておりますので便利です。ただし、環境に配慮して使い捨ての歯ブラシとカミソリは用意しておりませんので各自でご持参いただきますようよろしくお願い致します。車でお越しの方は近隣のデイパーク等をご利用ください。すぐ近隣にたくさんデイパークがあり、24時間あたり大体500円前後のところが多いです。（2024年1月現在）長期滞在にも最適です。長期の方には割引もありますので事前ご相談ください。
