Vacation rentals with a patio in Umhausen

The cottage is very well cared for. Daniele is a great host who makes you feel comfortable. It was clean and the area is very nice. It is easy to find and is close to the Fiss and Ladis area, which are popular ski resorts in winter. However, the wifi in the cottage was not too good, we could not watch a series on the wifi, for example. For tall people we recommend bringing an extra blanket as the duvet is not very long (my friend is 1.95) Really good to stay for the rest, greatly enjoyed!

Robert was very friendly and helpful when we neesed. The appartment is placed at excellent location in the center of the town next to bus stop, ski rental and restaurants and has private parking. The appartment is quite, clean and very well maintained.

We enjoyed staying at the apartment very much and the location and size was perfect for a weekend in Innsbruck! Almost everything is within walking distance and a stop is also right nearby.

The apartment is very nice, everything is clean and the furniture is extremely appealing. The location is excellent. However, the address was a little confusing, so we didn't find the cottage immediately in the evening after a long drive as it was a different address. Still, it was a great stay, thank you so much! :)

We felt very comfortable with Lucie. The apartment was superbly equipped and we didn't miss anything. The view of the mountains such as the Hohe Ifen or the Walmendingerhorn as well as the valley is incredible. We had a great vacation. Communication was also very good. The apartment is beautiful, the most beautiful I've ever seen! Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail... really like being at home! The view of the Splendid mountains... highly recommended

My partner and I booked Simon's place to relax and explore the area. Simon was super accessible, the place was clean and great. You were able to feel right at home. It was extremely clean. I can only recommend it to everyone!

The accommodation more than met all expectations!! Good location in the district of Partenkirchen as a starting point for various hiking tours and also not too far from the village center.

Lovely property set in beautiful surroundings. Decor was gorgeous really well thought about, and they had thought of all the little touches to make you feel at home. Accommodated 5 of us perfectly. Sauna and wine cellar were a bonus! Nice walks..and good public transport to Innsbruck and ski resorts, which we used and were approx 30 mins away.. Host was helpful and responded promptly when needed. would definitely stay here again...miss it already!!

We had a great time. Our hosts were super accurate and communicative before we arrived. The huge blue sky has accompanied us all week to discover this beautiful area, what a lovely week with the family!

Everything is just clean and convenient. Sigrid is super friendly and is available always for any queries. The cake was absolute nice gesture! The games room was a pleasure for a big family like ours on a rainy day. There is nothing to complain and can only recommend others. Great apartment, great hostess. And the view from the balcony is simply divine. The only "drawback" for us was the bed was too soft. If necessary, the mattress could be replaced here. Otherwise everything was great and Bettina was a great host!
